Clark Pest Control acquires Xcel Pest Control

Clark Pest Control acquired Xcel Pest Control, a pest management provider based in Beaumont, Calif.

The acquisition will bring Xcel’s three full-time employees onboard with two technicians moving to Clark Pest Control’s Riverside office. Xcel’s founding owner, Wyatt Dursteler, will move to Clark Pest Control’s San Diego, Calif., office.

Xcel Pest Control was established in 2009 to provide service to residential customers in southern California’s Inland Empire region, with offices in Beaumont and Temecula.

“We chose to partner with Clark Pest Control because they are a service-oriented company, and customer service has always been our primary focus,”Dursteler said in a news release. “Because of the core values we share, I felt strongly that Clark would provide an excellent future home for Xcel’s employees. We’re excited to see where this partnership takes us.”
