Truly Nolen promotes area manager for three Arizona cities

Truly Nolen Pest Control promoted James Adams to area manager for Phoenix, Prescott and Flagstaff, Ariz.

Adams will also remain manager of and based at the company’s Chandler, Ariz., service office.

He joined Truly Nolen in May 2011 as a manager-in-training and has managed several Phoenix-area service offices since 2012, including Chandler, Ariz., where he has been since February 2018. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Adams worked in management for Sony as part of a 14-year tenure in retail management with most of his time spent working for Hollywood Video as a store manager, district manager and regional manager. He attended the University of Arizona, where he studied biology.

Some of Adams’ new responsibilities will include district authority overseeing his service office as well as the company’s services offices in Phoenix, Tempe, Sun City, Mesa, North Valley, Prescott, and Flagstaff.
