The Bug Master acquires Preston Pest Control

The Bug Master, an Austin, Texas-based commercial and residential pest control company, acquired Preston Pest Control in San Antonio, Texas.

This deal marks the second acquisition by The Bug Master in the last five years.

The Preston Pest Control acquisition expands The Bug Master’s residential, commercial and multifamily services to more San Antonio, Texas, residents and businesses, according to Dauphin Ewart, second-generation CEO of The Bug Master.

“We’re looking forward to expanding our footprint into the San Antonio market to deliver the same level of service and quality to homeowners and businesses alike,” Ewart said in a news release.
