Atlanta, Ga.-based Arrow Exterminators announced three internal promotions to the company’s operations team.
Toby Miller, former senior service center manager in Atlanta (Midtown), Ga., was promoted to regional vice president of Northeast Atlanta, Ga. Miller started working for Arrow Exterminators in 2008 as a pest control service professional in the East Cobb office. Since then, he has held many positions in the company, including home evaluator, service center manager in 2012 and senior service center manager in 2017.
Over the years, Miller has received several awards including, achieving Premier Club for four years in a row, the Starkey Thomas Manager of the Year Award and leading his Midtown office in achieving Circle of Diamonds since the beginning of the program.
Randy Chendemi, former senior service center manager in Woodstock, Ga., was promoted to regional vice president of North Georgia. He started with Arrow Exterminators in 2010 as the very first member of the Service Center Manager Training Program through Arrow University.
Soon after joining Arrow Exterminators, Chendemi assumed the role of service center manager in the Villa Rica office in 3011, the Dallas, Ga., office in 2014 and most recently in the Woodstock, Ga., office in 2018. Over the years, he achieved many honorable distinctions, including senior service center manager, the Starkey Thomas Manager of the Year Award in 2021, as well as leading his teams to Circle of Diamonds for seven straight years. As regional vice president of North Georgia, he will be overseeing operations in Blairsville, Blue Ridge, Calhoun, Cartersville, Dalton, Ellijay, Gainesville, and Toccoa, Ga.
Aaron Henry, former senior service center manager in Norcross, Ga., for the Home Services (HSC) division, was promoted to regional vice president of home services. He joined Arrow Exterminators in 2010 as an HSC home evaluator in the Tucker, Ga., home services office.
In 2015, Henry was promoted to service center manager and then senior service center manager in 2019 for the Lawrenceville HSC office. In January 2020, he opened a new service center office in Norcross, Ga. As regional vice president of home services, Aaron will be overseeing operations in Bradenton and Jacksonville, Fla.; Atlanta and Macon, Ga.; and the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, area.
