Green Pest Solutions hires general manager of pest operations

West Chester, Pa.-based Green Pest Solutions announced the hiring of Matt Romano as general manager of pest operations.

Romano will oversee the team of operations and service managers throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, focusing on improving service delivery, routing, daily organization and best in class customer service.

“We put Matt through a very extensive, four-month onboarding process,” said Jim Carnelli, director of pest operations at Green Pest Solutions. “We’re thrilled to have Matt officially step into this role. Matt comes to us with a strong background in pest control — over 10 years in the service industry, and 20 years in a leadership role.”

Romano currently resides in Ambler, Pa., with his wife, Suzanne; two daughters, Evelina and Hope; the family dog, Zita; and their cat, Abby.

President and Owner Matt Jesson has been an entrepreneur since the age of nine, when he started his own neighborhood lawn cutting business in Havertown, Pa.
