Massey Services acquires MAR-VON

Orlando, Fla.-based Massey Services announced the acquisition of MAR-VON Termite & Pest Control Company. The acquisition was finalized on April 26.

Founded in 1955, MAR-VON is headquartered in Athens, Tenn. The company provides residential and commercial termite and pest control services to the southeastern portion of Tennessee, covering seven counties. This acquisition marks the third Massey Services location in Tennessee.

We look forward to carrying on their legacy of total customer satisfaction for years to come.”
