Bug Busters acquires All Pest Extermination

Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Bug Busters, a family-owned and -operated pest control company, announced the acquisition of All Pest Extermination, based in Signal Mountain, Tenn.

Established by Justin Nicholson, All Pest Extermination has been committed to providing high-quality pest management to service to the Chattanooga area for years.

“I have had a long-standing, positive professional relationship with Justin [Nicholson] of All Pest Extermination since we acquired Nicholson Pest Control from him nearly 15 years ago,” said Bug Busters’ CEO Court Parker. “When the opportunity arose to acquire All Pest, we jumped at the opportunity.”

Post-acquisition, former All Pest Extermination customers will be served by the Bug Busters team, who are working out of its new branch location in Chattanooga.

According to Chattanooga Branch Manager Tiffany Raines, the Chattanooga team is “eager to continue to earn and retain [All Pest Extermination customers’ business], both now and for years to come.”
