Rollins Inc. acquires Bug House Pest Control

Atlanta, Ga.-based Rollins Inc., a global consumer and commercial services company, announced the acquisition of Bug House Pest Control into the Rollins family of brands.

Based in Milledgeville, Ga., Bug House Pest Control will grow Rollins’ presence throughout the Georgia market.

Bug House Pest Control was founded by Mike Prosperi in 1993 and has grown in the to have 12 offices and more than 220 associates in Georgia. The company serves residential and commercial customers throughout middle and south Georgia.
