Dallas, Texas-based Sureguard Termite & Pest Services announced the merger and acquisition of First Mark Pest Control, a family-owned company serving the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, market.
“We are excited to be able to service the First Mark customers and provide them with the personalized services that they are accustomed to. We can also provide them with additional services that were not previously available by First Mark,” Mike Houston, president of Sureguard Termite & Pest Services, said in a news release.
Jessy Frasier, a second-generation pest control company owner and owner of First Mark Pest Control, says he was happy to find a family-owned company to take care of his customers.
“My dad started in pest control around 1994,” Frasier said in the news release. “I went with Sureguard because they seemed to have the same values and concerns about customer service and care as my dad had instilled in me. The merger was much easier and quicker than I imagined. I assumed the transition would take months to complete, and we were done in just a couple days.”
