American City Pest & Termite recently promoted Greg Bausch to the position of vice president.

This promotion comes after Bausch’s 14-year tenure as the company’s operations manager, where he consistently “demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication and expertise,” according to the news release.

Bausch joined American City Pest & Termite in 2009 as an operations manager.

“Greg Bausch has been an invaluable asset to American City Pest & Termite, and we are thrilled to recognize his outstanding contributions by promoting him to the position of vice president,” said Cindy Ziemke, president of American City Pest & Termite. “His unwavering commitment to excellence, strong work ethic, and ability to inspire and lead teams make him the ideal candidate to help steer the company’s continued growth and success.”

“I am incredibly honored to be promoted to vice president of American City Pest & Termite,” said Bausch. “Over the past 14 years, I have witnessed firsthand the dedication and professionalism of our team, and I am excited to lead them in achieving even greater heights. Together, we will continue to provide our customers with top-tier pest control services while focusing on innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.”
