Aruza Pest Control recently acquired Green Mango Pest Control North Carolina from the Green Mango Pest Control parent company.
Aruza Pest Control will maintain the company’s existing branch-level workforce moving forward. Green Mango North Carolina is the first add-on acquisition for Aruza Pest Control in 2023 and will add more locations in Charlotte, N.C.

Green Mango Pest Control is a residential and commercial pest control services brand, headquartered in Phoenix, Ariz. Founded in 2011 by Dusty Williams and Cameron Bawden, Green Mango leverages cutting-edge technology to ensure long-lasting results and prioritizes customers’ well-being.
Concentric Equity Partners, a private investment firm, worked with Aruza Pest Control on the acquisition. Concentric Equity Partners partners with leading middle market companies by providing capital and strategic advisory to accelerate long term value creation.
