The Potomac Co. recently announced to acquisitions of its clients National Exterminators and Last Bite Mosquito & Tick Control along with its sibling company, Total Home Pest Control.
Turner Pest Control, an Anticimex company in Florida, recently acquired National Exterminators.
Founded in 1977, National Exterminators offers pest, termite and animal control; attic insulation; and related services for residential and commercial clients in Naples, Fla.
“The acquisition of National Exterminators aligns seamlessly with Anticimex’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge pest management solutions that prioritize safety, effectiveness and environmental responsibility,” Potomac noted in the news release. “Further, this transaction results in an even more robust portfolio of services, allowing Turner Pest Control to address a variety of pest challenges — from termites to rodents and beyond.”

Viking Pest Control, an Anticimex company, also recently acquired Last Bite Mosquito & Tick Control and its sibling company Total Home Pest Control.
Last Bite Mosquito & Tick Control is family-owned and operated by twin brothers Jason and Jeremy Julio with headquarters in Red Bank, N.J. The Julio brothers built the company in 2013 and grew its one-truck operation to a 40-plus truck business with thousands of loyal customers. Last Bite Mosquito & Tick Control is known for its cutting-edge mosquito control providing mosquito-free and tick-free homes and businesses across eight counties in the state of New Jersey.
In 2017, the Julio brothers launched sister company Total Home Pest Control, offering pest and termite control services to residential homes and commercial properties including hotels, restaurants, outdoor spaces and industrial and office buildings.
Margo Rappel joined Last Bite Mosquito & Tick Control and Total Home Pest Control as operations manager with 30 years of sales and marketing experience along with many accolades and achievements. She undertook the responsibility of managing the day-to-day operations of the office while overseeing the growth of the businesses.
With these two acquisitions, the news release notes, Viking Pest Control will “expand its geographic reach and service coverage ensuring that customers across the region have access to the industry’s best pest management practices.”
