Tucson, Ariz.-based Truly Nolen Pest Control recently promoted Justin Wichman to manager-in-training coordinator for the Western U.S.
Wichman joined the company in 2015, and over the last eight years, he has served in multiple roles as well as having been a trainer and a mentor. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Wichman spent over 10 years as a manager in the hospitality industry handling everything from store openings up to multi-unit management. He graduated from Waukesha County Technical College, Pewaukee, Wis., with a degree in culinary arts.
Some of Wichman’s new responsibilities will include teaching future Managers-in-Training in the west regarding customer service and leadership skills as well as traveling when necessary. He will also help instill the company’s core values throughout his trainees.
Truly Nolen also promoted Fred Nichols to manager of the company’s Rio Rancho, N.M., service office.
Nichols joined Truly Nolen in September 2017 as a residential service professional. Prior to joining the company, he worked for a service and restoration company for six months and another pest control company for five years.
Some of Nichols’ new responsibilities will include helping the service office increase visibility with the local Rio Rancho community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.
