PestCo Holdings acquires Live Oak Pest Control, PestBan+
Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, Mo., acquired the assets of Live Oak Pest Control and PestBan+ by PestCo Holdings, a TSCP portfolio company.
Located in San Antonio, Texas, Live Oak Pest Control is a provider of residential and commercial pest control services. PestBan+, located in Dallas, Texas, is a provider of commercial pest control services with a focus on multi-family communities.
Terms of the transactions were not disclosed. These are the twelfth and thirteenth investments for PestCo.
Sureguard Termite & Pest Service acquires NTX Best Pest
Dallas, Texas-based Sureguard Termite & Pest Service recently acquired NTX Best Pest of Frisco, a family-owned company in Texas.
“We are excited to be able to service the NTX customers and provide them with the personalized services that they are accustomed to,” Mike Houston, president of Sureguard Termite & Pest Services, said in the news release. “We also provide additional services that were not previously available by NTX. This acquisition allows us to continue to create more density in our routing allowing us to be able to give even better service and response time to our clients.”
Sureguard Termite & Pest Services is a third-generation pest management company owned by the Houston family. The Houston family has been in the pest control industry since 1967. NTX Best Pest is the 22nd acquisition by Sureguard Termite & Pest Services since 2015.
