Insects Limited opens new facility in Indiana

Insects Limited opened its brand-new headquarters, named The Center for Stored Protection in Westfield, Ind.

This state-of-the-art facility represents a milestone in the company’s commitment “to advancing the field of stored product protection through science, innovation, education and quality products,” according to the news release.

The Center for Stored Product Protection is a hub for research, development and industry advancement. This purpose-built facility is designed to foster innovation and collaboration in the field of stored product protection. It include educational spaces, a warehouse, and a laboratory for the development and testing of products that safeguard stored commodities against pests.

The new facility will offer a wide range of services built to address the needs of the pest management industry:

• Scientific advancement: The research lab within the center will be home to leading experts committed to pushing the boundaries of stored product protection through pioneering research and development.
• Education hub: Insects Limited is dedicated to knowledge sharing with its customers, partners and the industry as a whole. The facility will serve as a central hub for educational programs, workshops and training events.
• Quality products: The facilities within the center will enable rigorous testing and quality assurance processes for Insects Limited’s product line.

Insects Limited was founded in 1982 by Mueller’s father, David, a board-certified entomologist and a member of the Pest Management Professional Hall of Fame (Class of 2019).
