Sedalia, Colo.-based Whitmore Pest and Wildlife Control recently acquired Ace Pest Control, based in Denver, Colo.

The acquisition is a step in Whitmore’s ongoing mission to provide comprehensive pest control services to the Denver metro area.

“We are delighted to welcome the talented team from Ace Pest Control and their loyal customers to the Whitmore Pest Control family,” Richard Christner, co-owner of Whitmore Pest and Wildlife Control, said in the news release. “Our goal has always been to offer top-notch pest control solutions while prioritizing customer satisfaction and employee well-being. This acquisition empowers us to broaden our reach and offer an even higher level of service to our expanding customer base.

With this acquisition, Whitmore Pest and Wildlife Control aims to not only preserve the legacy which Albert Rael, owner of Ace Pest Control, built, but expand upon it by providing an enhanced experience for the former Ace Pest Control customers, including advanced technology solutions for automated scheduling, billing and more, making the entire process smoother and more convenient as well as providing access to nuisance wildlife removal and restoration services.

“Ace Pest Control has always been a family business, and that’s a legacy I wanted to see continued,” Rael said in the release. “It was crucial for us to find a company that not only aligned with our dedication to exceptional customer service but also shares our values when it comes to taking excellent care of employees. Whitmore Pest and Wildlife Control, as a family-owned business, was a natural choice. They have a strong reputation for maintaining high standards, just like Ace.”
