FieldRoutes, a ServiceTitan company and a software platform for field service providers, recently announced its new integration with ServiceTitan Fleet Pro, which delivers integrated fleet management and tracking tools to pest control companies using the FieldRoutes platform.
Fleet Pro utilizes GPS tracking, geofencing, driver scorecards, video capture, alerts, and more, to help pest control operators track their vehicles, reduce unnecessary expenses, and minimize risk and liability on the road.
The new integration means all GPS data is transferred automatically to FieldRoutes. This allows users to quickly see where technicians are at any given time, so they can pivot effectively and view all relevant data in one place. Users are also able to view driver scorecards, which highlight unsafe driving practices, and get geofencing alerts, which inform them of unauthorized vehicle use, among other key features.
Previously, FieldRoutes announced its integration with ServiceTitan Marketing Pro, which allows users to quickly create and schedule direct mail and email campaigns to engage and nurture customers for upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities.
