Cindy Lee Doe announced her retirement as president and owner of Central Exterminating Co., based in Cleveland, Ohio.
“My biggest challenge was to find the best fit for a company to meet my employees’ and customers’ needs and to continue daily operations without too many changes,” Lee Doe said in a news release. “I am happy to say that I found a company that is a very good match for Central Exterminating Company.”
Rose Pest Solutions will acquire Central Exterminating Co. and will hire all of the company’s current employees.

For now, you will still see the Central Exterminating Company name. With time, the Rose name will begin to appear.”
