Atlanta, Ga.-based Rockit Pest recently purchased Ace Pest Control, based in Brandon, Fla.

For over 20 years, Ace Pest Control has protected homes and businesses from pests in Brandon and the surrounding areas. Former owner Roy Hall’s commitment to service excellence has earned them a loyal customer base and a positive reputation in their community.

“Making this transition has been a big step, but it’s one that I made confidently knowing Rockit’s goals,” Hall said in the news release. “Their track record of providing additional resources to customers and employees shows that they care about the people. I look forward to the added benefits this will bring to the Ace Pest Control family.”

Rockit Pest also acquired GreenTech Termite and Pest Control in Tampa, Fla.

Frank Nabozny founded Green-Tech Termite and Pest Control in 1980 with the mission of providing customers high quality and eco-friendly pest control service at competitive prices.

“After 40 years in business, the decision to retire and sell GreenTech was a bittersweet one. I wanted to partner with a company that would maintain our legacy by upholding our commitment to our customers and taking care of the GreenTech team. Rockit’s core values align with what we stand for at GreenTech, and they have made this transition as smooth as possible,” Nabozny said in the news release.

Both of these acquisitions add to Rockit’s growing presence in the greater Tampa Bay area.
