Tacoma, Wash.-based Sprague Pest Solutions will further expand into Montana with the acquisition of SOS Pest Control, based in Billings, Mont.

This acquisition is Sprague Pest Solutions’ second strategic expansion in Montana in 2024, reinforcing its dedication to growth and leadership in pest management solutions across the Western United States.

SOS Pest Control, operated by Jim and JoLynn Fellows for over two decades, has been a cornerstone in its community, known for its pest management service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

“This expansion allows Sprague to build on the strong foundation laid by Jim and JoLynn and we will remain committed to enhancing the legacy of their excellence,” AJ Treleven, director of operations at Sprague, said in the news release. “We can’t be more excited to further cement our footprint in Montana.”

This acquisition is part of Sprague‘s strategic plan to extend its reach and reinforce its position as a leader in commercial pest management, providing innovative and environmentally responsible pest solutions to businesses across the Northwest, Southwest and Mountain States.
