Truly Nolen Pest Control recently promoted Kenneth Hamilton to manager for the company’s commercial service office in San Diego, Calif.
Hamilton joined Truly Nolen in 2021 as a residential outside sales representative for the San Diego residential service office and recently participated in the company’s manager-in-training program. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, he was a service technician for Pete Paniagua Termite & Pest Control, based in Lemon Grove, Calif. Hamilton graduated from San Diego State University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in international security and conflict resolution.
Some of Hamilton’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office continue to maintain visibility with the local San Diego commercial community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.
“I am most excited about the opportunity to grow our commercial market here in San Diego because there is a ton of opportunity here,” Hamilton said in the news release. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is our culture because there is a strong sense of togetherness and family here that you will not find in most companies our size.”
Truly Nolen Pest Control also promoted Mark Diezel to manager of the company’s Green Valley, Ariz., service office.
Diezel joined Truly Nolen in 2015 as a commercial sales representative and has held a variety of positions including manager of the company’s Phoenix, Ariz., service office. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, he worked for Sherwin Williams for a year and also owned his own company for nearly 25 years.
Some of Diezel’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local Green Valley community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.
“I am excited to see what a group with so much talent can achieve in Green Valley and Sahuarita when they gel as a team,” Diezel said. “My favorite things about working for our company are feeling like I am part of a family with people who care about me and vice versa, and I enjoy the interactions with customers who really appreciate the relationship they have with us as much as we appreciate them.”
