Atlanta, Ga.-based Arrow Exterminators has acquired McKenzie Pest Control, a full-service company based in Lake Charles, La., located in the Southwest region of the state. This transaction represents Arrow‘s first location in the Bayou State. McKenzie Pest Control will operate as Stark Exterminators.
“We are so pleased to welcome the customers and team members of McKenzie Pest Control to the Arrow family,” Arrow CEO Emily Thomas Kendrick said in a news release. “Keith and Kim Dubrock are great folks who have built a great business with an excellent culture. The company was founded all the way back in 1951 and the core values established then are alive and well and mirror those of Arrow today, so this merger is a perfect fit. Given the ideal location of the business, it is a strategic one as well.”
Keith Dubrock agreed, adding, “When we started looking for someone to purchase our business, we knew that we needed a company that provides exemplary customer service and was passionate about how customers and team members were treated. We certainly found that in Arrow Exterminators and are very proud to now be part of the Arrow family. We wanted to give our team members an opportunity to be with a company where there would be growth opportunities and also offer our customers an expanded range of services. All of my team members will continue their careers with Arrow Exterminators.”
