Northwest Exterminating, a Rollins company, added Enviroguard Pest Solutions. The partnership expands Northwest’s footprint to better serve Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia.
Enviroguard is led by Lee A. Tubbs, who has worked in pest control for 45 years, 27 of which have been spent leading Enviroguard.
Reflecting on the merger, Lee Tubbs said, “With Northwest, it feels like I’ve come full circle in my family’s long pest control history. We are confident that our customers and team members will thrive in this new chapter of growth and innovation.”
Enviroguard and Northwest Exterminating have a history of supporting each other. Northwest’s vice president of industry relations, Scott Eubanks, and Tubbs have served together in the Georgia Pest Control Association and developed a working relationship over the last two decades.
“Lee’s dedication to our industry is unmatched. I’ve always enjoyed the opportunities we’ve had to work together,” shared Eubanks. “I’m grateful for the trust he’s placed in our team to continue to care for the Enviroguard teammates and customers.”
Enviroguard customers will begin to be serviced as Northwest Exterminating in 2025.
