Turner Pest Control, an Anticimex company, expands in Florida with latest acquisition

Jacksonville, Fla.-based Turner Pest Control, an Anticimex company, expanded its presence in central Florida with the acquisition of Venom Pest Control.

“Venom and Turner are dedicated to delivering top-notch customer satisfaction,” said Turner President Cheri Michaels. “Through the merger of our teams, our goal is to raise the bar on service standards for the central Florida community.”

Venom has been serving residential and commercial clients in Clermont and surrounding areas since it was founded in 2013.

“Over the past 11 years, our mission has been to provide the best integrated pest management solutions to our customers,” said David and Liz Lessing, owners of Venom. “With Turner’s demonstrated experience with these same principles, we are excited to join forces with them to deliver unparalleled service to our valued customers.”

The Aust Group represented Venom Pest Control on the transaction.
