The Professional Pest Management Alliance (PPMA) recently revealed that 13 companies have been added to its investor network. The new companies pledge to support PPMA’s consumer awareness programming, which aims to educate the public on the health and property threats posed by pests.
“Growing the pest control industry wouldn’t be possible without the unwavering support of our investor network,” said PPMA Executive Director Dr. Jim Fredericks. “PPMA’s programming is funded 100 percent through voluntary investments from pest control companies, the supplier community and friends of the industry. We’re grateful they recognize how critical PPMA’s work is to bolster their business and the industry overall, as we make consumers aware of the importance of working with qualified pest control professionals.”
Since October, PPMA welcomed six new Guardian investors:
- Deans Services, Leesburg, Fla.
- Ecolab, St Paul, Minn.
- Hawx Pest Control, Ogden, Utah
- Terminix Service Co., New Orleans, La.
- Total Pest Control, Plantsville, Conn.
- World Class Pest Control, Royal Oak, Mich.
These companies invest 1/10th of one percent of their annual revenues each year.
PPMA also welcomed seven new contributor and supplier investors since last month:
- FL Termite & Pest Experts, Land O’ Lakes, Fla.
- Invicta Environmental Pest Defense, Raleigh, N.C.

- Masters Termite & Pest Control, Port Jervis, N.Y.
- Myles Pest Services, North Richland Hills, Texas
- Northeast Exterminating, Starksville, Miss.

By joining PPMA, these pest control companies are showing their support of the organization’s efforts to elevate the industry through educational programming inclusive of consumer and commercial media relations, award-winning public service announcements, digital advertising campaigns, social media efforts and more.
