The Colorado Pest Control Association (CPCA) selected Lamplight Professional Services as its new association management company, effective April 2025. The firm’s owner, Christina Gilmer, will serve as CPCA’s executive director.
Gilmer brings extensive industry expertise, including three years as executive director of the Arizona Pest Professional Organization (AZPPO). Under her leadership, AZPPO strengthened its professional development programs and industry advocacy initiatives.

“Christina’s proven track record in association management and deep understanding of pest control industry challenges make her the ideal choice to lead CPCA’s next chapter,” said Roger Lauer, president of CPCA.
Gilmer holds a degree in business administration from Arizona State University, with specializations in project management and human resources. Her firm, Lamplight Professional Services, focuses on strategic association management and professional development programs.

The CPCA was founded in 1982 to serve Pest Control professionals across the state, providing education, training and a wide range of resources. The CPCA also works to advance the professionalism of the industry through many activities, including conferences, seminars and other group activities. The organization strives to generate professional competence and pride in its members by providing education, training, communication and cooperation. These efforts aim to enhance the positive industry image through community relations and to monitor and participate in legislative and regulatory advocacy.
