Rose Pest Solutions recently made two promotions to top leadership positions within the company.
Curtis Rand has been named president and Dan Yunez, CPA, has been promoted to vice president of finance.
During Rand’s seven-year tenure, the focus has been to build recurring customer relationships. Rand developed and launched a new customer care center in 2018 to handle all incoming calls for all branch locations.
“I am excited to continue to support our team in serving our customers and helping them to develop to achieve their personal goals,” Rand said. “Our people make the difference and I look forward to growing as a team.”
Yunez has spent 13 years with Rose and has managed all accounting and finance operations.
“I’m proud to help lead Rose into its next chapter, ensuring our financial strength continues to support the mission we’ve upheld since 1860,” Yunez said.
Bob Dold is the CEO for the company. He has previously served as president and represents the third generation of the Dold family.
“I’m so proud of Rose and am thrilled about the advancements our company has made since we began 165 years ago,” Dold said. “We have grown to a company with more than 180 employees. I look forward to leading the company into the future as we strive to keep communities and families safe.”
Rose to manage pest solutions at New Endeavor Health Performance Center

Rose Pest Solutions also recently formed a new partnership with the Chicago Fire FC. The Chicago Fire’s new Endeavor Health Performance Center will provide a sports performance environment to support all levels of Chicago Fire soccer, from youth camps and clinics, all the way up to the Chicago Fire First Team.
“This partnership came about because of our shared community and values. We are proud to be protecting important buildings that not only help MLS but also connect communities and serve our youth for generations to come,” Dold said.
With the Endeavor Health Performance Center, the Chicago Fire will provide employment opportunities for community members, resources for minority and women-owned businesses, free sports programming for local youth, community green spaces and more.
“This is not a traditional sports sponsorship by any means. We came together because of a mutual understanding of the importance of community, public health and environmental health. We believe in prevention before there’s an issue, which is always easier to do before rather than after a pest issue erupts,” Rose’s Janelle Iaccino said. “Endeavor Health, the Fire and Rose all share the same mission: to lift up the families in our city communities, give them access to healthy living and healthy environments, and make kids’ dreams of becoming the next soccer star possible in neighborhoods that don’t normally have access or resources to do so. Our missions align.”
