Tucson, Ariz-based Truly Nolen Pest Control recently promoted Ann Hall to business manager for its offices in Florida’s Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties.

Hall joined Truly Nolen in August 1995 as a customer service representative and has worked in multiple departments during her nearly 30-year tenure, including North Miami residential and the marketing and public relations departments. Prior to this promotion, she was a customer concierge in the West Broward service office covering Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties in the Sunshine State.
“Ann’s three decades of residential sales and service knowledge, along with her knowledge of the company’s marketing history, made her the perfect person for this role,” said David Batista, area manager, Miami-Dade/Monroe. “She is respected by everyone she meets, and I look forward to her continued success with our company.”
