The Professional Pest Management Alliance (PPMA), which serves as the consumer marketing and public outreach arm of the National Pest Management Association (NPMA), recently added 16 companies to its investor network. PPMA’s work to educate consumers about the role of pest control professionals is 100 percent funded through voluntary financial contributions from pest control firms, members of the supplier community and friends of the industry.

Since the start of the year, PPMA has welcomed three new Guardian investors, including:

Guardian-level investors invest 0.001 percent of their company’s annual revenues in PPMA each year.

PPMA also welcomed more than a dozen new contributor investors, including:

Rockwell Labs also joined the PPMA as a supplier company.

“None of PPMA’s consumer marketing and awareness programs would be possible without the leadership and support of our investor companies,” said PPMA Executive Director Dr. Jim Fredericks. “Our mission is clear: to strengthen the professional pest control industry while showing consumers the important role pest professionals have in protecting health and property. On behalf of our board of directors, we’re grateful to these companies for supporting our work and joining us in growing the industry.”

By joining PPMA, these pest control companies are showing their support of the organization’s efforts to elevate the industry through educational programming inclusive of consumer and commercial media relations, award-winning public service announcements, digital advertising campaigns, social media efforts and more.

PPMA investors also gain access to Mainframe, an online digital marketing agency exclusive to investors. Mainframe hosts a library of professional marketing materials updated monthly.
