Fusion Pest joins Braman Termite & Pest Elimination

Agawam, Mass.-based Braman Termite & Pest Elimination has acquired Springfield, Mass.-based Fusion Pest Management. Terms were not announced. With this acquisition, Braman expands its residential footprint by an estimated 10 percent in key suburban and rural markets where Fusion had established a trusted presence.

“This partnership is about more than just growth; it’s about alignment,” Braman President and third-generation owner Jerry Lazarus, said in a news release. “Fusion’s personalized, high-quality service mirrors our own core values. Together, we’re expanding what we can offer customers while upholding the pride, honesty and quality they’ve always trusted.”

Fusion Owner Chris Morin agreed, noting in the news release that “joining forces with Braman was a natural fit. Our companies share a commitment to personalized service, integrity and doing right by our customers. I’m confident our clients will continue to receive the exceptional care they’ve come to expect, now with even more resources behind them.”
