Bobby Rycroft has been appointed VP of operations for Charlotte, N.C.-based Pest Authority. Rycroft brings more than two decades of industry experience to the team, including time spent leading growth for No More Bugs LLC, the largest Mosquito and Pest Authority franchisee. Other highlights of his career include serving as a sales inspector and field trainer at Orkin Pest Control and various senior leadership roles with Home Paramount Pest Control, where he managed operations across the Southeast.
