
PestWest USA announced the appointment of Howard Franklin, ACE, as a technical sales specialist for the South Central and Western United States.
Howard brings over 30 years of pest management experience with a blend of technical expertise, entrepreneurial leadership and strategic sales acumen to this pivotal role. His career aligns with the Pestwest mission as defined by our commitment to innovation, education and operational excellence.
Howard brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of excellence to his new role. Most recently, he served as Western and South Central Regional sales & technical manager for a major rodenticide company, overseeing internal sales across four territories and driving strategic initiatives and building relationships with key distribution partners. Prior to that, Howard co-founded a full-service pest management company. His ability to align sales strategy with operational execution has consistently delivered measurable growth and innovation. His commitment to education and training has been a hallmark throughout his career, including the development of CEU-accredited programs for pest management professionals.
Howard holds a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from UNC Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from UNC Asheville. He is an Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE), underscoring his technical depth and dedication to professional excellence.
