Michael Haas joins Aruza as branch manager for the Orlando market. With more than 30 years in pest control leadership at Terminix and Massey Services, Haas has built a career defined by operational efficiency, team mentorship and customer retention. He is a certified operator in Florida with credentials in General Household Pest, Termite/WDO and Fumigation services. He holds AIB and University of Florida Master certifications in both general pest and termite management.
Scott Dunsworth — Branch manager, Dallas, Tex.
Based in Dallas, Tex. Scott Dunsworth brings over 14 years of pest control leadership experience, including his most recent tenure as branch operations manager for Orkin. A U.S. Army veteran and two-time Modern Army Combatives champion, Dunsworth is recognized for driving profitability, safety and employee engagement across his teams.
Hassan McIntyre — Branch manager, Charlotte, N.C.
As the new Charlotte branch manager, Hassan McIntyre brings more than 20 years of sales and operations experience spanning branch, regional and national roles. Most recently serving as regional sales & operations manager for Safety-Kleen/Clean Harbors, McIntyre oversaw multi-state operations exceeding $60 million in annual revenue. He is known for aligning compliance, profitability and team culture — ensuring safe, efficient and customer-focused service delivery.
Edward Lanigan — Branch Manager, Houston, Tex.
Edward P. Lanigan joins Aruza with over two decades of executive experience in pest control operations, including leadership roles at HomeTeam Pest Defense, Orkin and as Owner of On Target Pest Control in Houston. Lanigan’s career highlights include leading major turnarounds at multiple branches, driving double-digit revenue and EBITA growth and significantly improving both employee satisfaction and customer loyalty. He holds multiple state pest control certifications, including Texas and Florida and is an Associate Certified Entomologist.
Douglas (Doug) DeVincentis — Branch Manager, Smithfield, N.C.
Doug DeVincentis joins Aruza as branch manager for the newly established Smithfield, NC branch. He brings over a decade of leadership experience from Bug Out, where he most recently served as district manager. DeVincentis is recognized for his team-first leadership style, operational discipline and commitment to creating a positive customer experience that reflects Aruza’s values-driven approach to service.
