Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Daniel Rombach to operations manager of the company’s Broward/Palm Beach County (Fla) commercial service office. His territory includes West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, Fla.
Rombach joined Truly Nolen in December 2023 in a commercial sales position and then transitioned into the company’s Manager-In-Training program in late 2024. Before joining the company, Rombach spent 12 years in the hospitality industry in Dallas and West Palm Beach, Fla. He attended some engineering classes at the University of Oklahoma.
Some of Rombach’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local Broward and Palm Beach County commercial community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.
“I am excited to work alongside the team and continue building on the strong culture already established at my location,” said Rombach in a release. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is the culture. It is extremely motivating to be in an environment where hard work is recognized and collaboration is part of everyday life.”
“Daniel’s experience in hospitality and dealing with customers, along with transitioning well to our industry, make him the perfect addition to our team,” said Verne Keller, commercial district manager. “I look forward to his continued success.”
