Walker Pest Management promotes two leaders, supporting South Carolina growth

Greenville, S.C.-based Walker Pest Management announced two internal promotions that reflect its ongoing investment in leadership, operational excellence and long-term growth. Two new roles, business administrator and operations manager, have been created to support the company’s growing team and customer base.

Amity Marcy

Amity Marcy has been promoted from office manager to business administrator. Amity joined Walker Pest Management just over two years ago, bringing more than 15 years of leadership experience from the hospitality industry. Since joining the company, she has played a critical role in strengthening internal operations and supporting the rapid growth of the customer service team. Her leadership has helped elevate service consistency, internal communication and team support. In her new role, Amity will focus on broader business administration and organizational support, allowing her to better serve the company as it continues to scale.

Rhiannon Boyd

Rhiannon Boyd has transitioned from service manager to the newly created operations manager role. Boyd has served as a service manager in Walker Pest Management’s Upstate branch for the past two years and previously worked for several years as a field technician. Known for her deep passion for the pest control industry and her expertise in customer service. Boyd has been instrumental in improving operational performance. Her leadership has directly contributed to customer growth, reduced cancellations, expanded technician training programs and increased overall customer satisfaction. As operations manager, she will support service managers across all branches, helping ensure consistency, quality and continued operational improvement company-wide.
