Pi Chi Omega announced that it will award six scholarships to graduate and undergraduate students studying urban entomology or a closely related field. Continuing its support for students in the field and growing knowledge that directly benefits the industry, Pi Chi Omega maintains its goal of fostering connections with potential leaders for the industry fraternity.
The fraternity is currently accepting scholarship applications through March 16, 2026. If you know a student who could benefit from a Pi Chi Omega scholarship, please share the flyer below with them and encourage them to apply.

More industry scholarships
NPMA scholarship program: The Pest Management Foundation Scholarship Program will award up to five scholarships of up to $2,000 each to outstanding students at accredited entomology programs at U.S. colleges or universities. In return, scholarship recipients will be asked to provide a letter explaining how the scholarship has helped them in their academic and research endeavors.
VPMA Virginia Tech Scholarship: The VPMA offers renewable scholarship awards in the spring and fall semesters to undergraduate and graduate students at Virginia Tech whose studies are focused on the field of structural pest management. This scholarship is intended to recognize those superior students whose research and extension activities have benefited (or will benefit) the pest management industry.
About Pi Chi Omega
Pi Chi Omega is a national fraternity for pest management professionals. Initiated in 1950 by six students of Pest Management Professional Hall of Famer Dr. John Osmun (Class of 1997) at Purdue University, the fraternity today is comprised of nearly 450 members representing 38 states and four foreign countries. These members are considered to be some of the most distinguished, dedicated and talented professionals in the industry.
