Baton Rouge, La.-based LIPCA Insurance Agency recently announced the promotion of Andrew McGinty Jr. from director of sales and marketing to chief operating officer.
McGinty previously served as the director of sales and marketing for the company from 2023 to 2026. He joined the company in 2023 and will oversee all marketing, accounting and financial functions, compliance, underwriting, HR and IT.
He is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural business and management in 2010 and draws nearly a decade of leadership experience from his time within the hospitality industry.
