Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Craig Steward to operations manager and Anna Wallace to business manager.

Steward promoted from manager-in-training

Some of Steward’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local Orlando and Central Florida commercial community, as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.

Craig Steward

Steward joined Truly Nolen in June 2025 as a manager-in-training. Before joining the company, he worked for Unifirst, one of the Top 3 uniform companies in the United States, in multiple positions for 21 years, including management.

“I am most excited about bringing my knowledge of route service experience to my team to help our overall efficiency as well as meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations,” said Steward. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is learning a new business and broadening my horizons personally while helping my team members reach their goals.”

“Craig brought a strong foundation of leadership and operational excellence with him when he started with our company and he has continued to demonstrated a commitment to do things the right way while supporting teams and strengthening operations across the Orlando market,” said Verne Keller, commercial district manager, Florida. “I look forward to his continued success, and we are glad he is a member of our team.”

Wallace promoted to business manager

Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Anna Wallace to Business Manager of the company’s Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Bonita Springs and Collier County, Fla. service offices.

Anna Wallace

Wallace joined Truly Nolen as a manager-in-training in 2019. She was promoted to Cape Coral manager later that year, and became manager of the company’s Naples service office in 2022.

Prior to joining the company, she owned and operated a lawn and landscape service in Cape Coral for almost five years and led the sales division for many years at a large home hardware company in Dallas. Wallace attended Anoka Ramsey Community College in Minnesota where she studied business administration, and she most recently passed the General Household Pest certificate through the Florida Department of Agriculture.

“I am most excited about learning new things while taking on this new challenge. I am also looking forward to having greater influence on improving the internal and external customer’s experience, which has a direct correlation to helping our company surpass its goals,” said Wallace in a news release. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is our culture and our people, and it permeates throughout the company at every level.”

“Anna took our Naples service office to the number one rank in our entire company two years in a row, and she has helped develop many team members in our company as a mentoring manager,” said Dave Scott, senior district manager, Southwest Florida. “Her positive attitude, drive, and attention to detail made her the perfect person for this position, and we are proud she is a member of our team.”
