Truly Nolen Pest Control promotes Mark Freize to operations manager

Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Mark Freize to operations manager of the company’s San Marcos service office.

Freize joined Truly Nolen in January 2025 as a manager-in-training. Before joining the company, he had been a branch manager in the pest control industry for over 12 years. He holds a B.S. in Wildlife Biology from Colorado State University.

Some of Freize’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office continue to maintain visibility with the local San Marcos community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.

“I am most excited about the opportunity for branch growth while helping others reach the levels they would like to achieve,” said Freize. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is the people and having dedicated peers helping with personal growth and development.”

Truly Nolen Pest Control Promotes Jeffrey Hackett to operations manager

Truly Nolen Pest Control also announced the promotion of Jeffrey Hackett to operations manager of the company’s San Antonio service office.

Hackett joined Truly Nolen in April 2025 as a sales representative. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Hackett worked in sales for Pederson’s Natural Farms for nine years. He earned an associate’s degree from Orange Coast College and Long Beach State in California.

Some of Hackett’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain visibility within the local San Antonio community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout her team.

“I am most excited about growing the branch and creating a positive culture here in San Antonio,” said Hackett. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is that every day is different and another chance to help others.”
