Rose Pest Solutions recently honored 62 of the top company’s performers in a weekend celebration in downtown Chicago that included a dinner cruise and awards ceremony. Honorees came from seven departments representing all areas of the company — twenty-seven service professionals were honored, seven sales professionals, five office administrators, four customer care representatives, one care center manager, eight service managers, five branch managers and two summer sales associates.  The awards themselves pay homage to company patriarch Bob “Chief” Dold Sr (PMP Hall of Famer, class of 2002), whose son, Bob Dold, is the company CEO.

“We are so proud of the commitment and professionalism of all our employees and it’s a great honor to celebrate their achievements and dedication to our commitment to excellence in the pest control industry,” Bob Dold said in a news release. “We are dedicated to creating solutions that solve problems at the root so that we keep pests on the outside in an environmentally safe way, where they belong.”

Chief’s Club award celebrations included a dinner cruise on the Spirit of Navy Pier boat that leaves from Navy Pier which was opened 56 years after Rose was founded.

Award recipients and their spouses/significant others stayed at Chicago’s Sable Navy Pier Hotel for the weekend capped off with the awards ceremony and dinner.
