Whitmore Pest takes first in Colorado workplace culture program

Denver, Colo-based Whitmore Pest and Wildlife Control, Inc. (Whitmore Pest), a family-owned provider of pest and wildlife control services, has been awarded first place in the Colorado Chamber’s 2026 Companies That Rock the Rockies program, recognizing employers that are setting the standard for workplace culture across the state.

The award is based on a comprehensive evaluation of company practices as well as anonymous employee feedback, highlighting organizations where team members feel supported, valued, and engaged.

The Colorado Chamber of Commerce administers the Companies That Rock the Rockies program in partnership with the Colorado SHRM State Council and includes a two-part assessment process conducted by the Workforce Research Group that evaluates both employer policies and employee feedback.
