The Indiana Pest Management Association (IPMA) recently announced it will undergo a leadership transition while expressing deep gratitude for the service of executive director Holly Fletcher-Timmons. The IPMA added that it will be hiring Sarah Sikora as its new association administrator.

During her tenure, Holly Fletcher-Timmons elevated IPMA into something even greater than it had already been — a remarkable accomplishment given the association’s strong foundation. Through her vision, dedication and tireless work, she strengthened programs, enhanced member engagement and helped shape IPMA into a more dynamic and impactful organization. Her leadership not only advanced the association but also left a lasting legacy that will continue to benefit members for years to come.
“We’re incredibly grateful for Holly,” said Rob Jackson, president of the IPMA Board of Directors. “What she’s done for this Association is hard to put into words. She gave so much of herself to IPMA, and we’re better because of it. We wish her nothing but the best in what’s next.”

Sikora and her husband, Zack, are proud parents to two daughters, Ava and Isla. Sikora is eager to expand her career within the pest management industry and is enthusiastic about helping guide IPMA into its next chapter.
“I’m honored to serve as Association Administrator for IPMA and grateful to build on the existing foundation those before me built. I look forward to supporting our members, growing connections and continuing to strengthen our Industry’s impact,” said Sikora, in a news release.
“We couldn’t be more excited to have Sarah step into this role,” Jackson added. “She understands the industry, she understands people and she understands how to get things done. She’s the right person to build on what Holly started and lead IPMA forward.”
