Clements Pest Control has acquired Stahl Pest Control, Inc., a family-owned pest control and lawn spray company that has served St. Cloud, Fla., and the surrounding communities since 2003. Stahl Pest Control built its business on dependable, personal service for homeowners and businesses across Osceola and Orange counties.
The acquisition of this company, led by Cliff Stahl and his daughter-in-law Kristina Stahl, brings more than 350 Stahl customers in St. Cloud, Kissimmee, Kenansville and Harmony to Clements. Per a news release, those customers include recurring pest control and lawn spray accounts, as well as termite renewal contracts; all of them will be served from the Clements Orlando branch.
“Cliff and Kristina have spent more than 20 years taking care of their neighbors, and their customers have stayed loyal because of it,” Clements Pest Control COO Chris Slade said in the release. “We worked closely with them to make sure every account came over with the same schedule, the same pricing and the same level of care. Their customers now have the backing of a larger team and a full range of pest, termite, rodent and lawn services. We are proud to welcome them to the Clements family.”
