The Aust Group announced the acquisition of its client, Anchor Pest Control, Inc. (“Anchor”), by HomeTeam Pest Defense, a Rollins subsidiary.
“For more than ten years, we discussed the possibility of selling Anchor Pest Control, a business that had been part of our family’s life for over fifty years. This was not simply a financial decision — it involved our employees, customers, reputation and family legacy. Because of that, selecting the right advisor was critically important. The Aust Group not only identified the right buyer for our company, not only receiving fair value for the business we had built, but also finding a buyer who would continue to support our employees and preserve Anchor’s reputation.”

The Aust Group represented Anchor Pest Control, Inc. as the exclusive financial advisor on the transaction. The transaction closed on April 13, 2026, terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The Law Offices of Mark H. Ruff, P.A. represented Anchor Pest Control, Inc. as legal counsel.
