The trademarked BugScents Sentry Pro bed bug monitoring system offers pest management professionals (PMPs) a compact, flexible trap designed with a patented attractant to lure and effectively detect bed bugs in as little as 24 hours, based on simulated bedroom studies.
Every aspect of this trap has been designed with the insect in mind, including the color, texture, opening size and thigmotactic channels. The 360-degree entry design pairs with BugScents’ patented attractant to capitalize on bed bugs’ natural harborage-seeking behaviors, allowing PMPs to quickly detect and assess infestations. It works in the presence or absence of a human host and attracts bed bugs at all levels of infestation.
In addition to attracting bed bugs, the BugScents Sentry Pro design also supports PMPs, with features that enhance monitoring efficacy and ease-of-use. The trap’s compact frame is designed for discretion and can fit under even a divan-style bed. It can be affixed either vertically or horizontally, and the base of the trap sits flush to the surface to prevent bed bugs from crawling underneath and avoiding the glue.
PMPs can purchase the entire BugScents Sentry Pro monitoring system together. Attractant and glue board refill packs are available as well. The attractant can be used for up to three months, depending on environmental conditions, and the glue boards should be replaced every two to three months or when an infestation is detected. For best results, use in occupied rooms for 24 to 96 hours.
BugScents Sentry Pro is one of many intelligent solutions provided by the experts at Liphatech. This experienced team of industry professionals offer a portfolio of pest management tools, supported by expert recommendations to help PMPs solve their toughest pest problems.
