Orlando, Fla.-based Massey Services has acquired Bohannon Services of Florence, Ala.
Established in 1971, Bohannon Services is a family-owned company that has more than 50 years of comprehensive residential pest management, termite protection, mosquito control and crawlspace services throughout the Shoals Area in northwestern Alabama. This marks Massey Services’ third acquisition in North Alabama since June 2025.

Those same values have guided Massey Services since our founding, making this a natural fit for both organizations,” President and CEO Tony Massey said in a news release. “We look forward to continuing to serve Bohannon’s customers with our environmentally responsible services and commitment to total customer satisfaction.”
