AXN Growth Partners announced a strategic partnership with Nature Guard Pest & Lawn, a Broken Arrow, Okla.-based provider of pest control and lawn care services serving the metro areas of Tulsa, Okla., and Northwest Arkansas. This transaction represents AXN’s first partnership in these two states, marking a new chapter in the Phoenix, Ariz.-based company’s national growth strategy.
Founded in 2019 by Chantry Palmer, Daniel Shakespeare and Kipp Nielson, Nature Guard Pest & Lawn has earned a strong reputation for its comprehensive pest control and lawn care services. As part of the partnership, Palmer and the Nature Guard team will join AXN.
