As previously announced by Rollins Inc. during its second-quarter earnings call, Scott Weaver has been appointed COO, Orkin North America. He will oversee all Orkin residential and commercial operations across North America, as well as national accounts and call center operations. Weaver has more than 30 years of experience in the consumer services industry, including 22 years with TruGreen. He joined the organization in 2016 and most recently served as COO of Orkin USA Commercial Operations.
In addition, Rob Quinn has been named group president, Orkin North America Commercial Operations. Quinn will oversee all commercial operations across North America, reporting directly to Weaver. Quinn was most recently president of Orkin Canada, having joined the company in 2010.
“This leadership structure creates greater consistency across our business while preserving the local expertise and entrepreneurial culture that have always differentiated Orkin,” Pat Chrzanowski, president of Orkin North America, said in a news release.
According to the news release, these appointments support the One Orkin strategy, which emphasizes “operational excellence, collaboration, talent development and consistent customer experiences across North America. The enhanced organizational structure will help improve the speed of execution, strengthen leadership development, and create additional opportunities to drive sustainable growth.”
