Petti Pest Control, a family-owned pest management company, opened two new offices in Ashburn and Brambleton, Va. The expansion extends the Kearneysville, W. Va.-based company’s service footprint deeper into Virginia’s Loudoun County, which is considered to be one of the region’s fastest-growing markets.
In a news release, the Petti Pest Control team said they expect to improve response times for both routine service appointments and urgent, same-day requests. The company offers general pest, termite, rodent, bed bug, mosquito, stinging insect and wildlife management services, as well as insulation services.
Founded in 2021 by father-son duo Vince and Josh Petti, Petti Pest Control boasts a team of more than 40 employees across Virginia and West Virginia. Vince Petti had previously owned and operated Advanced Pest Control.
The company offers three recurring protection plans:
- Petti Preferred: Year-round coverage against common household pests with routine preventive treatments and expert inspections built in
- Petti Plus: Everything in Preferred, plus targeted protection for fleas, ticks, mosquitoes and stinging insects
- Petti Premier: Petti’s most comprehensive plan, adding termite monitoring and treatment alongside advanced mosquito defense
