Plunkett’s acquires Doctor Dead Bug
Ellwood City, Pa.-based Doctor Dead Bug was acquired by Plunkett’s Pest Control, Fridley, Minn. The Aust Group, Upper Saddle River, N.J., represented Doctor Dead Bug; terms were not disclosed.

SenesTech elects 3 to board of directors
SenesTech elected three new members to its board of directors. In a news release, the Phoenix, Ariz.-based company says the move positions the board “to best support the commercial growth” of ContraPest, its lead fertility control product.
